Guatemala Huehuetenango

$12.50

A full 12 oz / 340 gram bag.

Full City roasts show chocolate tones, burned sugar and a sweet prune smell. There are equally high levels of sweetness and acidity in the City+/Full City range, with complex fruit and spice notes emerging as the cup cools in temperature. At warmer temps, cacao is evident. City roasts show hints of apple and white grape, while FC roasts develop darker fruit notes, plum and concord grape, sweet and juicy. Body is full throughout! This makes a great brewed coffee in the City to Full City roast ranges, and is best appreciated up to medium (FC/FC+) roast levels.

For information about shipping, please see our policies page.

Farm Gate priced

John Duhring continues his "Smell the Coffee!" series with an overview of our Guatemala Huehuetenango, which turns out to be superb for either brew or espresso applications when roasted to FC (medium light) or FC+ (medium dark). As before, he also visualizes this coffee through the AI-inspired eyes of Andrew Wyeth. Enjoy!
